JOB VACANCY AND DESCRIPTION

We are a Forest School with a passion for outdoor learning, we have two exciting job vacancies at, Little Oaks Forest School.

We are located within the beautiful setting of Nonsuch Park, Sutton SM3 8AL:

Salary is dependent on experience and qualification.

These exciting new positions are to work with a range of children aged 1- to rising 5 in our setting.

You will be required to hold a Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare studies.

Ability to be flexible and keep up with the new developments within our profession along with working as team member to give 100% of ourselves to our children.

Desirable: Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid relevant, Food Safety, Forest School Qualification, or experience in Forest School with a passion for outdoor learning.

Job Title: Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Forest School Qualification Desirable).

We are looking for a part time and full-time qualified practitioner to join our Forest School nursery team. We are open for 50 weeks of the year, one of these positions is for flexible working hours.

You will need a passion for the outdoor learning environment, while providing excellence in early years’ experience and outcomes.

Hour of work: the position is, full time for 50 weeks of the year,

F/T hours, 7:45 - 16:45

P/T hours, 7:45 - 14:00

APPRENTICESHIPS

We support anyone who meets the criteria required for apprenticeships, you will need to be enthusiastic and highly passionate about a career in childcare. Little Oaks Forest School works in partnership with Nescot College.

You will learn from understanding the expected patterns of children’s development from birth to 5 years, the importance of undertaking continued professional development to improve your own skills as an Early Years Educator.

As an Educator you will be required to have a wealth of knowledge, behaviours and skills for the early years role. As we are a highly experienced team, we will support you every step of the way for you to achieve success.
